Preparation advice
Always use 1 measuring spoon (4.3 g) for 30 ml of water.
The amount of water consumed per bottle may vary individually.
The recommended drinking amount and the number of bottles per day are guidelines.
Your baby doesn't necessarily need to finish the bottle. Use only the measuring spoon provided!

Preparation of the bottle:
Important: Incorrect preparation or use of this product may harm your child's health. Carefully follow the advice below:
- Use a thoroughly washed and sterilized bottle, teat and ring.
- Always prepare the bottle just before a meal and give it straight to your baby.
- Do not heat milk in the microwave (risk of burns).
- Do not reuse leftover milk.
1. Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to about 40°-50°C.
2. Pour the cooled water into the bottle in the correct amount.
3. Fill the measuring spoon loosely and level it off. Add the recommended amount of formula to the bottle.
4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously.
5. Let it cool to drinking temperature (approximately 37°C). Check the temperature.
Now it's done!
