HG Tile cement residue remover This product also removes cement residue and mortar residue from non-calcareous natural stones, such as Norwegian slate, granite, and quartzite. What's unique about this product is that it dissolves the cement from the tile surface but not the cement from the grout. The grout is actually strengthened.
Usage Follow the steps below for correct use of HG tile cement residue remover (product 12).
1. Dissolve half a liter of HG tile cement residue remover in a bucket of 5 liters of water. For more stubborn cement or mortar residue, a stronger solution can be made, up to 1 liter to 4 liters of water. 2. Pre-wet the surface to be treated with clean water. 3. Then apply the solution liberally using a mop or cloth.
4. Scrub the surface thoroughly with a scrubber or brush. Let it sit for a few minutes, then scrub again thoroughly. 5. After this, remove the solution from the surface with a mop, regularly rinsing and wringing it out in water. 6. Then mop the floor thoroughly 2-3 more times with clean water.
Do not use on calcareous natural stone types such as marble, travertine, bluestone, various types of slate and concrete tiles/floors.
