Stap 1: Vul de retourgegevens in op de achterkant van je bestelformulier. Kunt u uw bestelformulier niet vinden? Download dan een exemplaar van het retourformulier. Wilt u het product ruilen voor een ander product? Laat het ons dan binnen 30 dagen na aankoop weten.

Houd er rekening mee dat het 14 dagen kan duren voordat wij uw retourzending hebben ontvangen en verwerkt. De oorspronkelijke verzend en administratiekosten worden niet terugbetaald. Wij zullen het bedrag van de geretourneerde artikelen en eventuele in rekening gebrachte belastingen, minus de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten, crediteren of terugbetalen. Neem contact op met de klantenservice voor meer informatie over ons retourbeleid. Aanpassingen op uw creditcardafschrift zouden binnen twee factureringscycli zichtbaar moeten zijn.

Descaling a Nespresso machine can be extremely safe with HG Nespresso® descaler based on lactic acid. Descaling a Nespresso with this product is not only safe, but also fast, odourless and completely biodegradable. Good for 4 - 5 descaling treatments.
Regular descaling of your Nespresso machine will keep your coffee tasting good and your Nespresso machine operating at its best. Regular descaling of the Nespresso also ensures that you will enjoy the appliance for years longer. The correct frequency per year depends on whether you have hard water and how often you make coffee.

Instructions for use
Follow the steps below when descaling your Nespresso machine with this product. 1. Pour 125ml HG Nespresso® descaler into the water reservoir and fill it with water up to 750ml (6x diluted). If the water reservoir is smaller than 750ml, then dose 100ml of the descaler into the water reservoir and fill it with water up to 600ml (6 x diluted). 2. Allow this solution to work for 10 minutes. 3. Then turn on the Nespresso machine and let half of the liquid run through. 4. Turn off the machine and let the product work for 10 minutes, then let the rest of the liquid run through until the reservoir is completely empty. Your Nespresso machine is now descaled. 5. After treatment, rinse the water reservoir thoroughly and then fill it with clean tap water. 6. Then run the machine with only water at least 3 times using the lungo button, so that no limescale residues or aftertaste remain. Your Nespresso machine is now ready for a delicious cup of coffee again.
