Like all other Hennaplus hair dyes, Long Lasting Colour is formulated without the addition of P-Phenylenediamine (PPD). The development time starts after the coloring is completely applied.
The color of the mixture may change during coloring. This is normal and has no effect on the color result.
For very thick, strong or heavily graying hair, extend the development time by 5 to 15 minutes.
As soon as the mixture is ready, open the applicator bottle and apply the entire product immediately. Under no circumstances should the resulting mixture be stored.
To prevent the dye from getting on your face, you can apply a greasy skin cream along your hairline.
Any color stains on the skin can be easily removed with a cotton pad soaked in shampoo.
To protect clothing, you can place an old towel around your shoulders.
Protect textiles, furniture, and other objects from color stains.
Safety measures:
Do not color your hair if:
- you suffer from a rash on your face or have a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp.
- you have previously had a reaction after hair coloring.
- you have previously had a reaction to a temporary black henna tattoo.
Temporary black henna tattoos can lead to an increased risk of an allergic reaction.
Wear suitable gloves.
Do not use if your hair has been colored with henna or metallic salts.
Do not use for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows. This can cause blindness.
Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact with them.
Keep out of reach of children.
Contains hydrogen peroxide, resorcinol, phenylenediamines (toluenediamines).
Contains sodium sulfite to preserve the dye.
Prevent the product from coming into contact with clothing, plastic, or absorbent surfaces.
In case of an unexpected reaction during use (such as itching, burning sensation, rash), rinse the hair dye immediately with lukewarm water. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Before applying a hair coloring treatment again, always seek medical advice and follow it strictly.
Every time you color your hair, perform an allergy test 48 hours before application, even if hair color products have been used before. Perform the test on approx. 1 cm x 1 cm skin surface on the elbow. Apply a small amount of color cream (tube) thinly to the elbow with a cotton swab and let it work uncovered for 45 minutes. Close the tube tightly. After 45 minutes, thoroughly wash the product off the skin with water.
If reactions appear during the development time or within the next 48 hours, rinse the area thoroughly immediately and under no circumstances use the product. The care is only a precautionary measure.
Completing the test without symptoms does not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur when using the product.
