Use
HeltiQ Tick Remover quickly and safely kills ticks without touching them, making them easy to remove from the skin.
Directions for use
Position the opening of the cap 1 cm above the tick. Please note! Do not touch the skin or the tick! Hold the spray can as vertically as possible. Press the spray can firmly 4 times to freeze the tick. Please note! If the tick is still moving after treatment, repeat the treatment after 10 minutes. The tick dies from freezing. If the tick does not fall off the skin by itself, it can be carefully removed with the supplied tick remover card. Check the size of the tick with the magnifying glass in the tick remover card. If it is a small tick (< 2 mm), use the small notch of the tick remover card. However, most ticks, even the smaller ones, can be effortlessly removed with the larger notch. Ensure you have a clear view of the tick. Place the tick remover card close to the skin with the notch pointing towards the tick. Slide the tick remover card close to the skin towards the tick, so that it enters the slot of the tick remover card. • Remain calm and continue sliding once the tick is caught in the narrow part of the slot. The tick will come loose and remain trapped in the tick remover card. Disinfect the wound with a little alcohol and note the location of the tick bite. Disinfect the tick remover card with hot water or alcohol.

scarring or hypo-/hyperpigmentation if not used according to
the instructions for use.

consult a doctor beforehand.
• Consult a doctor if complications arise, such as redness, fever, headache, fatigue,
annular rash (this can last for days or even weeks). Do not forget to mention that you were bitten by a tick.
Do not remove the plastic cap from the spray can!
