Heltiq Cold-hot compress small
HeltiQ Cold/Hot Compress supports natural pain relief and can be applied to your injuries or ailments using cold or heat therapy.
For a cold application of the compress, place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. From the freezer, after placing it in the supplied cover, you can apply it directly to your injury. The HeltiQ Cold/Hot Compress prevents swelling and relieves pain, without you having to use painkillers.
You can apply cold therapy for injuries such as strains, bruises, sprains, hematomas, fever, pain from inflammation, headaches, migraines, toothaches, insect bites and stings, itching, cracked nipples, breast engorgement, swelling, and sunburn.
In case of a serious injury where cooling is still regularly needed to reduce swelling and pain, you can also directly attach a cold compress when applying a support or compression bandage. Do you need immediate cooling with a compress (for example, for sports injuries) and you don't have a compress in the freezer? Then the HeltiQ Instant Cold Compress is a good alternative.
By heating the HeltiQ Cold/Hot compress in the microwave or a pan with water, you can also apply heat therapy with the same compress. Heat therapy can be applied for joint pain, neck complaints (e.g., stiff neck), abdominal cramps, menstrual pain, back complaints, lumbago, and muscle pain.
Do you prefer two separate compresses for cold and hot? Then make sure you always have two compresses at home. One permanently in the freezer for cold application and the other for heat therapy. The HeltiQ Cold and Hot Compress Combi is a good alternative then.
- HeltiQ Cold/Hot Compresses locally relieve pain without the use of painkillers.
