Cura-Heat Back & Shoulder Pain for fast, long-lasting, and targeted relief of muscle and joint pain and stiffness. Provides constant heat for 12 hours.

Use
Promotes blood circulation, reduces stiffness, relaxes and soothes aching muscles and joints.

Directions for use
Open the sachet by hand (do not use scissors) and remove the heat patch. Remove the paper backing. Attach to clothing/underwear on the painful area. The heat patch will activate within 1 minute and heat up within 5 minutes after the sachet has been opened. After use, slowly peel off the patch and dispose of it with normal household waste (do not flush the patch). Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this patch if you have any of these conditions: Rheumatoid arthritis, heart disease, poor circulation, nerve damage, sensory impairment, skin condition, diabetes, or if you are pregnant to decide if heat therapy is suitable for you. Read the leaflet before use.

Warnings
- Incorrect use of the heat pack can cause burns, even at low temperatures.
- Never apply the heat patch directly to the skin.
- Never use for more than 12 hours per 24-hour period on the same spot.
- Ensure air can circulate around the heat pack and do not apply pressure, for example by lying or sitting on the heat pack.
- If the heat pack becomes uncomfortably hot, remove it immediately.
- This heat patch must be used under supervision for individuals who cannot remove the product themselves, such as the elderly or physically disabled.
- Do not use while sleeping.
- If skin rash appears, discontinue use immediately.
- This heat patch is not suitable for menstrual pain or irritable bowel syndrome.
- Never use the heat pack on any body part other than the back or shoulders.
- Do not use if you are bedridden or prone to skin ulcers.
