It is 100% pure merino wool, combed so that only the long fibers are retained.
The combing process removes all impurities such as grass, sand, droppings, etc. Unlike combed merino wool, other types of wool are not pure because they are usually frizzy and consist of lumps that cannot be combed. Often very contaminated.
