When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact a member of our customer service team if your order isn’t to your liking or doesn’t meet your needs. We want to resolve this for you as quickly and easily as possible.
Step 1: Fill in the return details on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Then download a copy of the returns form. Would you like to exchange the product for another one? Please let us know within 30 days of purchase.
Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. The original postage and administration charges will not be refunded. We will credit or refund the cost of the returned items and any taxes charged, minus the original postage costs. Please contact customer services for further information about our returns policy. Any changes to your credit card statement should appear within two billing cycles.

A shampoo bar is not only very convenient to use, but also a super sustainable alternative to bottled shampoo! Happy Earth bars contain only 100% natural ingredients certified by COSMOS. The shampoo also contains 0% SLS/SLES and is soap-free, so you can be sure you're not applying any harmful products to your hair. This shampoo is suitable for all hair types. The bar nourishes and repairs hair with shea butter and jojoba oil. It also contains sunflower oil, which is rich in vitamin E and helps protect hair. The shampoo has a wonderful natural fragrance with a combination of lime, wormwood, and mint. After using the shampoo, your hair will be shiny, easy to comb, and smell wonderful!
This product, like all other Happy Earth products, is certified vegan and microplastic-free. The shampoo bar is zero waste and 100% plastic-free. Using a bar is also much more sustainable: 1 bar = 3 x 200ml bottles of shampoo!
