Instructions for use
Thread the strap through the buckle, with the tendon padding against the skin.Keep the fastener facing outwards and place the pad on the painful spot below the elbow on the outside of the forearm.Tighten the strap until it is snug but still comfortable.Machine wash your brace in cold water (~30ºC) on the delicate or wool wash cycle. Wash separately with detergent without additives (do not use fabric softener or Woolite, do not use bleach). Lay your brace flat and air dry; do not tumble dry.
