Usage
Helps relieve pain in the forearm

Instructions for use
Thread the strap through the buckle, with the tendon padding against the skin.Keep the fastener facing outwards and place the pad on the painful spot below the elbow on the outside of the forearm.Tighten the strap until it is snug but still comfortable.Machine wash your brace in cold water (~30ºC) on the delicate or wool wash cycle. Wash separately with detergent without additives (do not use fabric softener or Woolite, do not use bleach). Lay your brace flat and air dry; do not tumble dry. Proper washing and drying will ensure that the fabric of your brace retains its elasticity and original fit.

Storage advice
The product should be stored in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.

The tennis elbow brace is designed to be worn during physical activity or sports. Avoid prolonged wearing of the brace, for example, during sleep. Care must be taken to ensure that the product is not uncomfortably tight and that blood circulation is not impeded. Furthermore, the braces are not intended for immobilisation, but to be worn during activity to enable the positive effect on the body and the healing process.
