Directions for use
Starting with the wider end, slide the support over the leg and over the knee. Ensure the lighter part is at the front of the knee.

Warnings
Use only on clean, unbroken skin. The product should be used as directed. Ensure the product is not uncomfortably tight and that blood circulation is not impeded. Avoid prolonged wear, e.g., during sleep. Consult a doctor if in doubt about the injury.
