What is this medicine used for?
The Hansaplast Protective Ankle Support helps support weak or injured ankles and protect them from further injury. The support provides moderate support during activities, and the level of compression can be adjusted to your individual needs.

Directions for use
Step 1
Wrap the longer end of the band around your ankle in a figure eight and secure it (with Velcro). Adjust the tension for desired comfort and support.

Step 2
Cross the bandage on the left and right sides towards the arch of the foot to create a loop and attach the shortest strap (with Velcro) to the bandage.

Step 3
Place the sole of the foot on the bandage so that the smooth side is facing the skin and there is a shorter strap on the inside and a longer strap on the outside of the foot.

Contraindications
Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the listed materials: Polyester, Spandex, Nylon, Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR).
