Instructions for use
Use 75 grams of rice and 250 ml of hot broth per person. Heat a dash of (olive) oil in a thick-bottomed pan. Add the rice and stir on low heat for about 1 minute until the grains are translucent. Add the broth in small portions while stirring. Add the next dash once the previous one has been absorbed. Repeat this until all the broth is used up (20 - 25 minutes)
