Use
Green Sweet Sweet Jelly is perfect for making jams, sauces, and desserts as its quality remains stable up to 200°C. Because Sweet Jelly contains practically no calories, it is mainly used for various diets and by anyone who wants to limit sugar intake. In addition, the carbohydrates cannot be absorbed by the body, making it extremely suitable for diabetics or people following a low-carbohydrate diet. Basic recipe for jam: Take about half a kilo of fruit and cut it into pieces. Place the cut fruit along with 2 tablespoons of Sweet Jelly in a pan and bring to a boil while stirring. Let the mixture simmer over low heat for about five minutes, then puree the fruit with an immersion blender. Pour the warm mixture into a glass jar and let it cool completely. Your homemade jam will keep for about 6 weeks in the refrigerator. If you prefer a thicker jam, you can always add some gelatin or agar agar next time.
