Basic recipe for jam:
Take about half a kilo of fruit and cut it into pieces. Place the chopped fruit in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of Sweet Jelly and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer over low heat for about five minutes, then puree the fruit with an immersion blender. Pour the warm mixture into a glass jar and let it cool completely. Your homemade jam will keep in the refrigerator for about 6 weeks. If you prefer a thicker jam, you can always add a little gelatin or agar agar next time.
