Ingredients (INCI)
Ricinus Communis Seed Oil, Rhus Verniciflua Peel Wax, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Menthol, Camphor, Eucalyptus Globulus Oil, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Cupressus Funebris Wood Oil, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Citric Acid, Limonene, Pinene, Beta-Caryophyllene, Alpha-Terpinene, Terpinolene, Terpineol.

Usage
Rub in
1. Massage 1 teaspoon of balm (5 ml) 1-2 times a day onto the chest, back and neck.
2. Massage gently
3. Cover warmly

Inhale:
1. Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons (5ml) of balm in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water
2. Inhale the released vapors for 10-15 minutes

Use for a maximum of 60 consecutive days.
