Ingredients

Rooibos (protected designation of origin), sweet blackberry leaves, orange peels, white bean husks, rose petals, flavouring, natural orange flavouring.

Nutritional value

Preparation

Use 2 grams of tea per cup (200 ml). Pour over with water at 95-100 °C and let steep for 5-7 minutes. For a fuller flavour, steep longer to taste. Suitable for drinking plain or with a dash of honey. Also delicious as iced tea.

Store in a dry and sealed place.
