Fytostar Omega 3 6 9 OMEGA 3-6-9 is one of the most complete fatty acid formulas. The combination of these three complementary unsaturated fatty acids ensures an optimal fatty acid balance. OMEGA 3-6-9 contains purified fish oil, the largest source of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. OMEGA 3-6-9 also contains cold-pressed flaxseed oil, rich in the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and the omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid. As a source of the omega-9 fatty acid oleic acid,
olive oil added to the formula.
