OMEGA 3-6-9 is one of the most complete fatty acid formulas. The combination of these 3 complementary unsaturated fatty acids ensures an optimal fatty acid balance. OMEGA 3-6-9 contains purified fish oil, the largest source of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. OMEGA 3-6-9 also contains cold-pressed flaxseed oil, rich in the omega-3 fatty acid Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and the omega-6 fatty acid Linoleic acid. As a source of the omega-9 fatty acid Oleic acid,
olive oil has been added to the formula.

Claims
- EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of
250 mg EPA/DHA.

Ingredients

Usage
Take 2 capsules once a day with water before a meal. (= 260 mg EPA/DHA per day).
