Use
Supports a stiff, painful or injured elbow and forearm. Ideal for: Tennis elbow, tendonitis, repetitive movements

Instructions for use
Thread the fastener through the buckle, with the tendon pad against the skin. The fastener should face outwards and the tendon pad should be positioned below the elbow, towards the forearm. Tighten the strap until you achieve a snug, yet comfortable fit.
