Use
For support of a stiff, injured or painful back Ideal for: Bending, lifting, daily activities

Instructions for use
If desired, remove the pads along the inside of the support. Centre the pulley system over the middle of the spine. Wrap the panels around the waist and secure the hook-and-loop closure to achieve a snug but comfortable support Loosen the straps with the drawstrings on both sides and pull them outwards until you achieve the desired level of support Bring the straps to the front and secure. Adjust the support as needed.
