Frisk Arctic Omega-3 for Pregnancy is a premium Norwegian omega-3 supplement for pregnant women. Ingredients
Cod (Gadus morhua) liver oil (FISH), softgel capsule (gelatin, stabiliser (glycerine), colourings (iron oxides and hydroxides)), glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (Folate), antioxidant (mixed tocopherols), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3).

Usage
Recommended daily dose: 2-4 softgels per day with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
