Ingredients
Cod (Gadus morhua) liver oil (FISH), antioxidant (DL-alpha-tocopherol), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Usage
Recommended daily dose: 5 ml per day for adults and children over 3 years old. Use the measuring cup or teaspoon to measure out 5 ml. Adults with a higher dose can take 10 ml per day. Consume with food, preferably during a meal containing fat. Due to its mild flavor, the oil is also suitable for use in shakes or smoothies.

Keep out of reach of young children. Best kept refrigerated and used within 1–2 months after opening.
