Ingredients Cod (Gadus morhua) liver oil (FISH), antioxidant (DL-alpha-tocopherol), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Usage Recommended daily dose: 5 ml per day for adults and children over 3 years old. Use the measuring cup or teaspoon to measure out 5 ml. Adults with a higher dose can take 10 ml per day. Consume with food, preferably during a meal containing fat. Due to its mild flavor, the oil is also suitable for use in shakes or smoothies.
