Cod (Gadus morhua) liver oil (FISH), antioxidant (DL-alpha-tocopherol), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Usage
Recommended daily dosage: 5 ml per day for adults and children over 3 years old. Use the measuring cup or teaspoon to dose 5 ml. Adults with a higher need can take 10 ml per day.
