L-Cystine - bulking agent: Cellulose - L-Methionine - Vitamin B5 - Zinc oxide - Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate - Vitamin B6 - Vitamin D3 - Vitamin B8 (Biotin) - Vitamin B9. Coating without colourant: gelatin.

Usage
Swallow 2 capsules in the morning with a large glass of water at breakfast. It is recommended to use Forcapil several times a year, especially during seasonal changes. Its consumption should be limited to a few months.
