Fittergy Omega Health 60% with choline contains unsaturated fish oil with a high content of the essential fatty acids DHA and EPA. The body cannot produce essential fatty acids itself and must therefore be ingested through food. Choline is an important semi-vitamin found in milk, eggs, and peanuts, among other foods.

Choline supports the cleansing function of the liver and fat metabolism.
DHA is good for brain function* and the combination of DHA and EPA is important for normal blood fat levels** and good for the heart***.
* with an intake of at least 250mg DHA per day
** with an intake of at least 2 grams of EPA/DHA per day
*** with a minimum of 250mg EPA/DHA per day
The maximum daily dose of EPA and DHA together should not exceed 5000 mg per day
