Ingredients Whey protein isolate (MILK (including LACTOSE)), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), flavourings, stabiliser (CMC), sweetener (sucralose), colour (carmine)
Usage Take 1.5 scoops (30 grams) daily between meals on non-training days. On training days, take 1.5 scoops immediately after training and 1.5 scoops between meals. Dissolve the powder in 300 ml of water. One heaped, level scoop contains 20 grams of protein.
