Multi Health Women is a complete, high-quality formula. It features various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12, and folic acid) and organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate, and iron bisglycinate. Fittergy is also one of the few multi-vitamin formulas to offer a tocopherol blend of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
The Multi Health Woman formula contains components specifically aimed at women, such as extra iron, extra kelp as a source of iodine and green tea, for example.

Minerals, Vitamins, capsule (HPMC vegetarian), Amino acids, rice flour, natural mix of tocopherols, Rhodiola Rosea, Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), Anti-caking agent (NuFLOW® Natural rice concentrate; MCT Oil from coconut), kelp extract 0.2% iodine.
Usage
Take 2 vegicaps per day unless otherwise advised.
When using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon), consult an expert before using a vitamin K2 supplement.
This supplement provides 25 mg of EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) per daily dose. The maximum dose of EGCG from green tea is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. NOT suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
