Multi Health Man is a complete, high-quality formula. It features various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12) and organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate, and iron bisglycinate. Fittergy is also one of the few multi-vitamin formulas to offer a tocopherol blend of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
The Multi Health Man formula contains components specifically aimed at men, such as saw palmetto and lycopene.

Usage
Take two vegicaps per day, unless otherwise advised.
This product is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
When using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon), consult an expert before using a vitamin K2 supplement.
