When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. Multi Health Complete is a complete, very high-quality formula. It contains various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12 and folic acid) and organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate and iron bisglycinate. Fittergy is also one of the few multi-formulas to include a tocopherol mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherols.

Ingredients
Vitamins, natural mixed tocopherols, minerals, capsule (HPMC vegetarian), amino acids, rice flour, anti-caking agent (NuFLOW® Natural rice concentrate; MCT Oil from coconut), kelp extract 0.2% iodine.
Usage
Take 2 vegicaps daily, unless otherwise advised. Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This product is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. If using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon), consult an expert before using a vitamin K2 supplement.
