Multi Health Complete is a complete formula of very high quality. It features various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12, and folic acid) and organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate, and iron bisglycinate. Fittergy is also one of the few multi-vitamin formulas to offer a tocopherol blend of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.

Usage
