Fittergy's curcumin is supplemented with black pepper, which improves the absorption of the active ingredient curcumin by the body.

Composition

Composition per minimum daily dose of 1 tablet:
Curcumin 95%	300 mg
Piper Nigrum blend (black pepper)	100 mg
Turmeric	100 mg

 

Ingredients
bulking agent (cellulose), curcumin granulate, curcuma (curcuma longa), black pepper, anti-caking agent (silica), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate).

Usage
1 to 2 tablets daily. Take with a meal with sufficient water.

Store in a cool, dry, dark, sealed place and out of reach of children. Produced in the Netherlands. Use during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding is not recommended.
