Usage
Take 1-1.5 scoops (8-12g) daily for four weeks. Afterward, stop taking creatine for 2 to 4 weeks. Take the creatine in two doses throughout the day with a sugary drink, such as fruit juice. On training days, take it preferably immediately after training. One full, level scoop contains 8g of creatine.
