Ingredients
Minerals, bulking agent (cellulose), coating (hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon (dioxide)

Use
Take 1 tablet 1-2 times daily with water during a meal. It is recommended to also use a vitamin D3 supplement when taking a calcium supplement. This is because vitamin D3 increases the absorption of calcium in the bones.
