Griffonia simplicifolia extract (20% 5-HTP), Bulking agent: cellulose, Capsule (HPMC vegetarian), Anti-caking agent (Silica, vegetarian magnesium stearate)

Usage
Take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day during or immediately after a meal.

The capsules have a characteristic odor. Some people may experience mild nausea after use. This is a temporary phenomenon and can be prevented by gradually increasing the dosage. Use is not recommended during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding, and when taking medication, particularly antidepressants and sleeping pills.
