Ingredients WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (milk), WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE (milk), fat-reduced cocoa powder, Xanthan gum (thickener) Vitamins: L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl ethate, Nicotinamide, Calcium D-pantothenate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Thiamine mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic acid, D-biotin. Usage Use 3 shakes per day, immediately after training, before going to bed and/or one
Between meals. Dissolve 4 scoops (approximately 33.3 grams) in a glass/shaker cup with 250 ml of milk or water. Stir/shake vigorously, and you're ready to go.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
