Ingredients WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (milk), dextrose, CALCIUM CASEINATE (milk), glucose syrup, EGG PROTEIN (egg), fructose, fructo-oligosaccharides, isomaltulose, vanilla flavouring, xanthan gum (thickener), vitamins: L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, Calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, biotin.
Usage Use two shakes per day, one hour before and immediately after training. Dissolve 5 scoops of Power & Recovery i in a glass/shaker cup with 250 ml of milk or water. Stir/shake vigorously, and the shake is ready.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
Storage instructions Once opened, use within 6 weeks when stored in a dark, dry and cool place.
