Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.

Ingredients
Calcium caseinate, SOY PROTEIN, WHEY PROTEIN (milk), binding agent (Cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (Fatty acid), coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), glazing agent (carnauba wax).
Usage
Take 3-5 tablets (or as needed) as a daily supplement with meals and/or immediately after training. Take with plenty of water or fruit juice.
