Calcium caseinate (MILK), soya protein isolate (SOY), fatty acids (anti-caking agent), Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (coating), whey protein (MILK), Magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), Cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (binder), Carnauba wax (gloss agent).

Usage
Take 6 tablets spread throughout the day as a daily supplement with meals and/or immediately after training. Swallow with plenty of water or fruit juice.
