Instructions for use
Oat bread mix recipeTo add yourself:450 g Finax Oat Bread Mix4 dl lukewarm water (37°C)Preparation:1. Pour the mix into a mixing bowl.2. Add water.3. Knead the dough for approx. 5 minutes with a mixer with dough hooks.4. Place the dough on a breadboard dusted with (gluten-free) flour, cover your hands with flour, and form an even loaf without cracks. Wipe off any excess flour from the bread.5. Let it rise for approx. 35 min. under a damp tea towel on a baking tray covered with baking paper.6. Slightly moisten the bread and make a few diagonal cuts in the bread with a sharp knife.7. Bake for approx. 10 min. at the bottom of the oven at 250°C.8. Then lower the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 25 min.9. Moisten the outside of the bread immediately when it comes out of the oven. Let it cool on a wire rack without a tea towel.Tip: To give the bread an even better crust, you can spray water into the oven with a plant sprayer when you put the bread in the oven.- The sliced bread is very suitable for toasting.- Slice the bread and freeze it so you can enjoy delicious bread every day.
