Usage Oat bread mix recipe
Add yourself:
450 g Finax Oat Bread Mix
4 dl lukewarm water (37°C)
Preparation:
1. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl.
2. Add water.
3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes with a mixer fitted with dough hooks.
4. Place the dough on a floured (gluten-free) bread board, flour your hands, and shape it into an even loaf without cracks. Brush off any excess flour.
5. Let it rise for about 35 minutes under a damp tea towel on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6. Moisten the bread slightly and make a few diagonal cuts in the bread with a sharp knife.
7. Bake for about 10 minutes in the bottom of the oven at 250°C.
8. Then reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 25 min.
9. Moisten the outside of the bread immediately after removing it from the oven. Let it cool on a wire rack, uncovered.
Tip: To give the bread an even better crust, you can spray water into the oven with a plant sprayer when you put the bread in the oven.
- The sliced bread is very suitable for toasting.
- Cut the bread into slices and freeze it so you can enjoy delicious bread every day.
