Instructions
Recipe for light breadAdd yourself:25 g yeast4 dl lukewarm water (37°C)30 g melted margarine or 2 tbsp oil1-1.5 tsp salt450 g Finax Gluten-Free flour mix (approx. 7.5 dl)Preparation:1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.2. Add the remaining ingredients. (Weigh the amount, gluten-free flour is often packed tightly).3. Knead the dough vigorously with a mixer for approx. 5 min.4. Pour the batter into a greased rectangular tin of approx. 1.5l.5. Let the bread rise under a cloth for approx. 35 min.6. Bake for approx. 25 min. at the bottom of the oven at 200°C.
