Ingredients Gluten-free wheat starch (max. 2 mg gluten per 100 g), skimmed MILK powder, oligofructose, thickener (guar gum), vitamin B3 (niacin), iron, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

Usage Light bread recipe
Add yourself:
25 g yeast
4 dl lukewarm water (37°C)
30 g melted margarine or 2 tbsp oil
1-1.5 tsp salt
450 g Finax Gluten-free flour mix (approx. 7.5 dl)
Preparation:
1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water
2. Add the remaining ingredients. (Weigh the amount, as gluten-free flour often thickens.)
3. Knead the dough vigorously with a mixer for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the batter into a greased oblong mould of approx. 1.5 l
5. Let the bread rise for about 35 minutes under a cloth.
6. Bake for about 25 minutes in the bottom of the oven at 200°C.
Save Store in a dry place, not above normal room temperature, separate from products with a strong odour.
