Usage Fiber bread recipe
Add yourself:
4.5 dl lukewarm water (37°C)
500 g Finax Fiber Bread Mix
Preparation:
1. Pour the water into a mixing bowl
2. Weigh the mix and add.
3. Knead the dough vigorously with a mixer for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the dough into a greased oblong shape of approx. 1.5 l.
5. Let the bread rise for about 45 minutes under a cloth.
6. Bake for about 40 minutes in the bottom of the oven at 200°C.
7. Let it cool under a cloth.
Save Store in a dry place, not above normal room temperature, separate from products with a strong odour.
