Usage Coarse casino bread recipe
Add yourself:
25 g yeast
4 dl lukewarm water (37°C)
25 g melted margarine or 2 tbsp oil
1.5 tbsp syrup
1 tsp salt
450 g Finax Coarse flour mix (approx. 7 dl)
Preparation:
1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.
2. Add margarine/oil, salt and syrup.
3. Add the flour mix. (Weigh the amount, gluten-free flour often thickens.)
4. Knead the dough vigorously with a mixer for about 5 minutes.
5. Pour the batter into a greased oblong mould of approx. 1.5 l.
6. Let the bread rise for about 35 minutes under a cloth.
7. Bake for about 35 minutes in the bottom of the oven at 200°C.
8. Let it cool under a cloth.
Save Store in a dry place, not above normal room temperature, separate from products with a strong odour.
