What is this medicine used for?
To be used for:
- Before or after activity
- Sports injuries
- Arthritis

- Pain in the lower back, knee, hip and neck
- Joint pain, shoulder pain, muscle pain
- Bursitis
- Tendonitis
- Overloaded muscles and sprains
- Sciatic pain (leg)
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Fibromyalgia pain

Directions for use
Cleanse the skin with soap and warm water.
Towel dry the skin.
Apply FIT Sports Balm to the skin and massage gently until absorbed.
Repeat this three to four times a day (morning/afternoon/evening/1 hour before going to bed.

Do not use on an open wound or irritated skin.
Do not use in combination with a heat source.

Storage advice
Store at room temperature (15-20 °C). Close the cap tightly.
