Use
To be used for: - Before or after activity - Sports injuries - Arthritis - Chronic pain - Lower back, knee, hip and neck pain - Joint pain, shoulder pain, muscle pain - Bursitis - Tendinitis - Overstrained muscles and sprains - Sciatica pain (leg) - Carpal tunnel syndrome - Fibromyalgia pain

Directions for use
Cleanse the skin with soap and warm water. Towel dry the skin. Apply F.I.T. Sports Balm to the skin and gently massage until absorbed. Repeat three to four times a day (morning/afternoon/evening/1 hour before bed). Read the instructions for use before use

Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not use on open wounds or irritated skin.
Do not use in combination with a heat source.

Storage advice
At room temperature (15-20 °C). Close the cap tightly.
