Usage For one serving, mix 30 g powder with 500 ml water.
We recommend using 1 to 3 servings of Isoclear® per day, for example immediately after waking up, after training or simply as a tasty refreshment in between.
We recommend consuming 2g of protein per kg of body weight daily for optimal muscle growth and retention.
Tip: For ultimate refreshment, put your shake in the freezer for 15 minutes!
