Usage
For one serving, mix 45 grams of powder with 1250 ml of cold water in a shaker and drink as needed before, during, and/or after training.

Recommendation: We recommend taking one to two servings, depending on your fluid loss.

Mix one sachet (22.5 g) with 625 ml of cold water in a shaker and drink as needed before, during, and/or after training. Depending on fluid loss, 2-3 servings are recommended.
