Ingredients
Collagen hydrolysate (beef), L-glutamine, creatine monohydrate, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), L-leucine, flavouring, dextrin, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).

Usage
Mix 24 g of powder (2 slightly heaped scoops, enclosed) with 500 ml of cold water in a shaker daily and drink preferably immediately after getting up.

For an extra refreshing experience, place your shake in the freezer for 15 minutes.

We recommend 1 serving Daily per day, preferably immediately after waking up for a powerful start to the day.
