Ingredients
Collagen hydrolyzate (beef), L-glutamine, creatine monohydrate, L-leucine, acid (citric acid, malic acid), dextrin, flavouring, colour (beetroot powder, barley malt extract (gluten free)), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), black tea extract, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Usage
Mix 24 g of powder (2 slightly heaped scoops, enclosed) with 500 ml of cold water in a shaker daily and drink preferably immediately after getting up.

For an extra refreshing experience, place your shake in the freezer for 15 minutes.

We recommend 1 serving Daily per day, preferably immediately after waking up for a powerful start to the day.
