Usage Preparation
Mix 19 g powder (1 scoop, enclosed) with 500 ml cold water in a shaker and drink 30-60 minutes before training.
Recommendation
Take the Crank Booster shortly before your workout. Note: Use the booster only on training days and don't exceed the recommended daily dose!
Tip:
Shake the product well before opening it for the first time. Stir the powder daily with a spoon after opening to prevent clumping.
