Epitact Sport Physiostrap® sport
The PhysioStrap Sport has a dynamic effect without hindering movement. It can therefore also be used preventively because muscle mass is maintained.

Use
Wearing the Epitheliumflex® Physiostrap Sport helps relieve kneecap disorders (patellofemoral pain syndrome, patellar instability, patellar tendinopathy). In the case of a knee injury leading to complications (vulnerable knee ligaments, osteoarthritis), the Physiostrap® contributes to the stability of the joint when resuming sports activities.

Instructions for use
Application: Fold the elastic bands of the PhysioStrap Sport outwards. Place your hands inside the PhysioStrap Sport and position the kneecap in the designated spot in the centre of the patellar ring. Fold the elastic bands back without tightening the PhysioStrap Sport on your leg. Adjust the positioning of the PhysioStrap Sport while standing, ensuring that the patellar ring is positioned correctly. To avoid any risk of irritation caused by the elastic silicone band, the PhysioStrap® Sport should not be worn when you are not actively moving. For example, during sleeping, lying down, sitting, or car, bus, or airplane travel. Only put on the PhysioStrap just before starting your sports activity so that it is only worn during movement/activity. If you wear compression tubes such as Boosters around your calves, place the lower elastic band of the PhysioStrap over the tube. Fit: Do not apply moisturising products before using the knee protector to ensure it stays in place well. If you experience problems with keeping the knee protector in place under extreme conditions (sports with rapid acceleration and deceleration, races with large altitude differences or long distances, high temperatures), wearing shorts over the PhysioStrap Sport is recommended.

Warnings
To ensure that the PhysioStrap Sport remains perfectly in place, it is very important to clean the elastic silicone bands with soap and water after each use.

Storage advice
Store in a sealed, dry and clean place.
