Epitact Corrective Orthosis for "night"

Choose size:
Measure the circumference of your foot behind your hallux valgus (bunion).
If you are in doubt between 2 sizes, take the smaller size:
S: Larger than 20, smaller than 21.5 cm
M: Larger than 21.5, smaller than 23 cm
L: Larger than 23 cm, smaller than 24.5 cm

The orthosis is thermoformable (custom-made). It becomes flexible once fully submerged in warm water. Once you've put on the orthosis, insert the spreader (included). This allows the orthosis to conform to the shape of your foot and gently correct your big toe. The orthosis hardens and becomes firm again in just a few minutes. This ensures a comfortable, custom-made orthosis that won't bother you while you sleep. Because the orthosis can be thermoformed multiple times, it is always adjustable.
The thermoformable reinforcement corrects the position of the big toe. This relieves joint pain at night.

What is this medicine used for?
Regularly wearing the EPITACT® corrective nighttime orthosis corrects the hallux valgus and prevents it from growing further. The orthosis helps relieve joint pain and pain from touch at night.

Contraindications
The orthosis should not be used if the big toe can no longer be moved laterally. Do not use on damaged skin. Do not use if you have diabetes and/or arteritis, nerve disorders in the lower limbs, or ulcers.
