EPITHELIUMTACT 01 anti-blister pads have a dual action:

Directions for use
This package contains 4 reusable/washable pads and 12 disposable adhesives designed to keep the pad perfectly in position. After sports, you can remove the adhesive and store the pad in its packaging. MAINTENANCE AND LIFESPAN: The pads can be washed 4 to 5 times by hand with soap without losing their adhesive properties.
