Instructions for use
Application for cold therapy: cool in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator or in the freezer (down to -25°C). After one hour, place the compress in its cover and then on the area to be treated. Application for hot therapy: Heat the compress (without protective cover) in the microwave at 850 W for a maximum of 30 seconds. Knead and heat again for 30 seconds at 850 W. Test the temperature of the compress on the forearm. Place the compress in its cover and then on the area to be treated. Medical device. Read the instructions for use before use.

In case of defective compresses, there is a risk of burns due to leaking gel. Therefore, carefully check the compress for damage and overheating - especially when used by children.
In case of acute or chronic inflammatory processes, consult a doctor before applying the hot compress. Heat only in the microwave. Protect from open flames.
Heating of the compress should not be carried out by children under 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or with insufficient experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or have learned safe heating and understand the associated dangers.
When heating the compress in the microwave, the heating process may be delayed and may even continue after the microwave has been switched off.
Therefore, wait 20 seconds before opening the microwave. To avoid accidental burns, always use oven mitts to remove the compress from the microwave.
Higher wattages, longer heating times or higher temperatures than those indicated here can damage the compress.
Due to type differences in microwaves, heating results may vary. To ensure even heat distribution, use only a microwave with a turntable.
