Emorform SENSITIVE Toothpaste with Fluoride for sensitive gums - 75 ml tube
Toothpaste with potassium nitrate and fluoride for sensitive teeth
By brushing daily, Emoform Sensitive helps prevent and reduce hypersensitivity of the teeth, for example in case of painful contact with hot/cold temperatures or during brushing.
In addition to this information, Emoform Sensitive toothpaste promotes the remineralization of the enamel and thus helps to reduce cavities.

How EMOFORM toothpaste works:
Numerous studies* have proven that potassium nitrate is a highly effective remedy for sensitive tooth necks. This prompted the globally respected U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDS) to recognize potassium nitrate as the only effective remedy for sensitive tooth necks and sensitivity to heat, cold, sweet, and acid.
Moreover, EMOFORM® contains high concentrations of mineral salts, which prevent plaque formation, harden the gum surface, combat inflammation and light bleeding, and thus prevent periodontitis. The high concentration of mineral salts also inhibits bacterial growth.
Due to the high concentration of inorganic salts in EMOFORM®, the paste is slightly alkaline, which also affects saliva. This slightly alkaline saliva neutralizes the acids produced by bacteria that are harmful to teeth and promote tooth decay.
The other ingredients in EMOFORM® ensure that teeth and gums are thoroughly cleaned without damaging the enamel layer.
In the Netherlands, EMOFORM® is available in two types, with and without fluoride.
Potassium nitrate with fluoride is the only agent recognized by the FDA as effective for treating sensitive teeth and preventing cavities.
Instructions for use EMOFORM toothpaste:
Clean teeth and molars with a soft to medium-hard brush, preferably three times a day after meals.
In case of severe hypersensitivity, EMOFORM® can be applied to the gums with your finger and massaged in gently, leaving the paste to work for 1-2 minutes.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.
Desensitizes, maintains gums and prevents tooth decay.
